South Oxford Arts Week – Collaborative Improvised Performance

Time for some improvised music in a classical music base that is Oxford. We will be raising funds for the woman, life freedom movement in Iran via the charity helping striking workers who can’t make bail.

Without a functioning welfare state jail time can mean that the family are resorting to terrible things in order to survive, not to mention the steadfastedness of the bread winner who has forfeited their bread in order to try and topple the corrupt government, exercising their right to protest terrible pay, unfair conditions, even lack of paycheck and more.

With Lauren Spiceley on violin and Bruno Guastalla on Cello. Here Bruno is holding up the key changes in Iranian-American singer songwriter Afsheen’s “God is A Woman”.
